- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ER room was filthy nurses talking laughing and carrying and snacking away while there were people in the ER with broken bones from an accident and and patients with tremendous infections, but they were having fun snacking on everything they had on the nurses desk whoever runs this Hospital needs to pay more attention to their staff. To to top it off they are extremely rude... the only people that were nice and gave us good information were the paramedics that brought into San Antonio People if you don't like your job go do something else don't put patience lives in danger.July 16, 2017by Norma Pulido
